A few years ago I saw this documentary on Current TV about the Salton Sea. And ever since then I’ve always wanted to go there and check it out. Last year when I went to Joshua Tree we made the trip down to the east side of the Salton Sea and stopped in Bombay Beach. Nowadays Bombay Beach is no longer flooded but dried up and abandoned.
